Publicize sport and physical training is one of the important parts of social policy in Uzbekistan. Because sport set stable healthy life style by strengthening people’s health and bringing up youths’ physical and mental perfectly. As well as, it prevents different illnesses and various harmful habits among the youths.
Sport has important role in formation of high intellect, culture and patriotism. Achievements which are being reached in this field serve tin showing honor of country to the world, also, share honor to all compatriots.
In this meaning, at the Tashkent applied sciences university meeting was held on theme “Meeting with champions”.
Military sportsmen of the Ministry of defense of Uzbekistan — world and Asian champion on taekwondo, attender of Rio Olympiad, senior lieutenant Dmitriy Shokin, professional boxer, senior lieutenant Bektemir Melikuziyev, sergeant Nadirjan Mirzaahmedov and students-youths took part in this event.
Military sportsmen talked about their trainers who are the main reasoner of achievements, dream about attending in the Olympiad and difficulties in the way of reaching victory.
