In Karshi city of Kashkadarya region duathlon competition which was held by defense assistance organization Vatanparvar, passed very heated and full of uncomprehending debates.
Regional administration of Kashkadarya, South-Western special military district, Internal affairs detachment, National guard, Youths policy and sport department, Youth affairs agency and Union of youth of Uzbekistan worked cooperatively in aim of organizing this competition quality.
During competition more than 100 teams which were selected from regions of the republic fought for the victory and showed their ability in this way. According to the tasks of duathlon, it was demanded from attenders to run to the set distance by running and on bicycle.
For supporting transparency from 12 age to 15, from 16 to 19 and elder ages from 19 participants were assessed on base of different criterion.
Firstly, all the tasks, directions of competition, turning and breakpoints were explained to attenders. After all referees and controllers placed at each point competition has started. It is time to show results of long-time exercises, physical and psychological training. While observing competition we can say that real brave people fight on such areas.
As sportsmen crossed the finish line referees started to count records. In the process of competition all result, even little fine is also important and this aspect was always in the center of attention. All in all, the main aim is — finding out winners.
After calculating records, has given turn to awarding ceremony. In the meaning, area was prepared with diplomas, medals and valuable gifts. Those who made a speech at the awarding ceremony expressed gratitude to all sportsmen and their trainers for such heated participation and results.
At the end of event, turn by turn winners were invited to the podium according to the age category, and awarded worthy. In account of unity-team team of Kashkadarya region took III place, team of Fergana region reached II place, and team of the sportsmen which have come from Tashkent city reached I place.
