Independence — the highest value, fulfillment of the righteous desires of Uzbek ancestors. Current year, the Republic of Uzbekistan celebrated 32nd anniversary of its state independence. It should be said that this day, which is widely celebrated every year based on a unique tradition and a unique noble idea, truly awakens a feeling of gratitude in the hearts of people.
In the meaning, the military personnel of the Jizzakh and Samarkand garrisons of the Central military district have started to celebrate widely Independence Day.
Governor of region Sirojiddin Usmanov, who made a speech at the festival held in Samarkand, greeted the attenders with the greatest and dearest greetings and noted particularly that our Armed Forces at present not only ensure the independence of Uzbekistan, the peaceful life and well-being of people, but also make a worthy contribution to bring up youths in the spirit of patriotism.
During the festival performances of the military orchestra, hand-to-hand combat and honor guard, as well as, sport competitions shared festive spirit to all.
Also, events which were held in the Orda ecological park in Jizzakh city, that promoted protection of each peace of the Motherland and the protection of every corner of it, excited our compatriots.
