The 6th International scientific-practical conference on topic “The role of innovation and digitization in the development of professional army management” was held at the Military institute of information and communication technologies and communications under the Ministry of defense of Uzbekistan.
In this event deputy minister of defense general-major Hamdam Karshiyev, professors and teachers of higher military educational institutions, cadets and experts took part and experts from a number of foreign countries participated online.
Exhibition of innovative developments held at the beginning of the event, especially the participation of cadets, was the center of attention of many. The youths themselves introduced the guests to their discoveries and innovative ideas, the purpose, tasks and expected results of their proposals. In turn, the visitors also agreed on future cooperation during their feedback.
While the second plenary meeting, participants divided into branches and discussed a number of topics such as software and technical support of artificial intelligence systems in the Armed Forces, prospects for the development of cyber security, the effectiveness of using digital and innovative technologies in the training of military personnel, aerospace engineering, and exchanged their experience, knowledge and skills in this regard.
Within the framework of the conference, the “CYBERSPORT” competition was held among cadets of higher military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It should be mentioned that cybersport is not only a sports competition, but also an opportunity to develop the spirit of competition, high mental potential, show will and character in a fair fight, as well as, strengthen morale and self-confidence.
In the meaning, competition served to improve the professional training of attenders, educate youths in the spirit of patriotism, strengthen military-technical cooperation between higher military educational institutions, develop healthy competition and strengthen mutual understanding.
At the end of the conference, active attenders, partners, and authors of the most exemplary developments, who are thirsty for such renewal and changes, creativity, were awarded by officials.
