Ceremonial event was held in the Samarkand garrison, dedicated to hand over preferential recommendations of the command of the military unit, which give extra points for admission to higher educational institutions, to soldiers who have completed their military service.
In this event which was organized on the eve of the young men’s returning home officials of the district command, deputy hakim of the region Zebiniso Rahmonova, representatives of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, regional council Union of Youth, veterans and youths attended.
Those who made a speech at the ceremony expressed their gratitude to those who defended honor of the military district in many sports competitions, memorial tournaments and championships held at the scale of the republic and ministry.
At the end of the event enlisted military personnel said goodbye symbolically with the “Amir Temur’s battle flag”.
