Educational-methodical training was held for the officers of personnel bodies at the Armed Forces academy.
Methodical training was organized for various goals such as increasing intellectual-spiritual level of the officers of personnel bodies, conveying meaning of reforms and new demands, developing sphere with studying problems analytical-critical and studying advanced foreign experience on working with psychological statement and personnel structure.
While training leader experts of the authoritative higher educational institutes and scientifically centers are holding practical exercises and psychological trainings on regional security, working with personnel, analyze and forecast, service protocol and ethics, as well as, broadening world outlook. Besides conveying meanings of normative and other kind of documents on working with personnel.
In fact, the conclusions made while training, suggestions and recommendations of experts serve to improve the work of officers of personnel bodies.
The training session will last until March 2 of this year.
