In the initiative of the Psychological support department of the Ministry of defense “Call-center” mobile psychological reception and motivational roundtable conversation on family psychology with personal structure were held for the first time in the military units located in Bostonlik district of Tashkent region.
Military personnel and their family members, as well as, pupils of a secondary schools which were attached to the military unit took part in it.
It is obvious, that since October 10, 2023, “Call-center” center for providing psychological support has been established at the Ministry of defense of Uzbekistan. Practical and medical psychologists and psychotherapists provide qualified services to military personnel and all other citizens who apply for psychological aid via the short number 13-57.
In current reception about 20 appeals on work and family relationships, child psychology and mental health protection were accepted in mobile psychological reception involving qualified specialists of this center, and the necessary psychological consultation was conducted with each applicant.
Main attention in this event was directed to the family psychology, more stabling mutual relationships in families, surface inside potential of military personnel, prevention emotional stress and other stressful situations.
