According to the presidential decree on getting ready and holding the 32nd anniversary of establishment of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan and Day of Defenders of the Motherland various spiritual and educational events are being held throughout Uzbekistan. One of such events were held in Nukus and Andijan garrisons by the video-conference-communication on theme “We value soldiers’ mothers!” in participation of soldiers and their relatives.
In the meeting soldiers who are serving enlisted military service in Andijan garrison met with their Karakalpak relatives online, and soldiers who are serving enlisted military service in Nukus met with their family members from Andijan.
Event was interesting and full of exciting moments. The eyes of soldiers’ mothers were filled with tears of joy, and the hearts of fathers were filled with proud, because of their son, who has been doing military service online for nine months, even though it is online, in the ranks of guys who deserve the honorable title of defender of the country. Soldiers from Andijan and Karakalpakstan told their parents and relatives about the conditions of military service and expressed their feelings in with poem and songs. Soldiers and their relatives congratulated each other on the upcoming New Year holiday, and their relatives expressed their gratitude to the commanders.
In the event members and veterans of the regional detachment of the Public council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the Ministry of defense attended as well. Thanks letters of the command of the military district were red out to the soldiers’ mothers from Karakalpakstan.
