International online conference was held at the Armed Forces academy of Uzbekistan by the Center of improving qualification of military pedagogue cadres of the Higher educational institutes on theme “Preparing high skilled military pedagogues and improving their qualification are important duty of the modern military educational system”.
During this conference several issues were analyzed creatively such as modern demands on selection officers for the military pedagogues at the military educational institutes, preparing them, re-preparing and improving qualification, achievements at the foreign military educational institutes on these issues, as well as, exchanged opinion.
For making speech in this conference representatives of the Armed Forces military educational institutes of USA, China, Belarus, Turkey, Italy, Korea, Kazakhstan, also, specialists of the Detachment preparing military cadres of the Republic of Uzbekistan and professor-teachers of the Armed Forces academy of Uzbekistan took part.
Main aim of holding this conference — learning foreign experience, discussing important problems and future of military-pedagogical process; developing processes of preparing military pedagogue, suggestions and recommendations on scientific-methodical styles of improving level of preparing officer-teachers’ professional-pedagogical ability.
