According to the plan of the educational season in the troops of the Ministry of defense of Uzbekistan, measures on battle readiness of military units and divisions, acquired knowledge and skills of military personnel in the fields are carried out in a clear and pointed manner.
One of such training grounds for polishing modern battle arts is the “Kattakurgan” training field of the Central military district. Here artillerymen have the opportunity to conduct combat training in any condition, and this practice is regularly formed here — in the largest training ground in Uzbekistan.
It is particular noteworthy, that modern battle methods were used in the battle training exercises organized in cooperation with the artillery units of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other types of troops and cadets of the Chirchik higher tank command-engineering school.
As the plan, artillery units of the Central, Tashkent and South-Western special military districts set off for the “Kattakurgan” training field with their combat military equipment from different regions. In this process, actions on mobilization of the units to pointed area were tested. During the operation technical safety rules were fully followed. While arriving to the thousands of hectares field, military personnel were passed from the control tests to bring the artillery devices to combat readiness in several training areas.
In order to ensure that operations were organized closely to the real situation, actions were carried out together with other types of troops. Command control points were established and information was provided to the division, battery and artillery accounts on the coordinates of the targets. Each action taken was coordinated together with motorized riflemen, air decant and other heavy units, reconnaissance search groups.
