Military unit which is located in the Termiz united troops training field under the South-Western special military district is 31-year-old. In this regard, firstly, “Doors open Day” was held for the student and pupils of the higher and secondary educational institutions and family members of military personnel at the military unit.
At the event Colonel Polatjon Sativaldiyev congratulated all with this holiday and talked about past of the military unit, gave information courage of military personnel.
For information, current military unit held many contest and competitions, international joint trainings with the co-operation foreign states. It should be mentioned, that military unit renewed during the passed period. Reconstruction of dormitory, kitchen and other buildings were carried out. Center of culture and sport hall were repaired too and supported with more comforts and equipment for military personnel spend their time joyful.
During the event youth got acquainted with conditions of military unit and modern military machines and technics. Also, military shows were also performed to people who came to event.
Between the youth and military personnel different sport competitions such as tug of the war game, sport tennis, arm resting, military relay and kurash competitions were held. Winners and the most active participants were awarded with special gifts which were prepared in connection of the 31th anniversary of the military unit.
