The cadets took an oath to the Motherland

This year on September 25, the ceremonial “Oath to the Motherland” events were held for the first-year cadets admitted to higher military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense this year.

In particular, cadets lined up at the Chirchik Higher Tank Command Engineering School early in the morning to take an oath to the Motherland. First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Shukhrat Holmuhamedov gave a speech at the beginning of the event and congratulated the cadets on their first steps towards the honorable profession of protecting the Motherland.

  In addition, young cadets newly admitted to the General Forces faculty of this higher military educational institution and the Military Medical Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan took the “Oath to the Motherland” at the Armed Forces Academy.

The deputy minister of defense for educational and ideological affairs Colonel Hamdam Karshiev, the Hero of Uzbekistan, First Deputy Minister of Neighborhood and Nurani Support, a chairman of the public council under the Ministry of Defense, spoke  about the conditions created for servicemen in our country, reforms in the way of their social protection and wished everyone success in their studies and further services..

In addition, “Oath to the Motherland” ceremonies were held at the Higher Military Aviation Academy of Uzbekistan, Military Institute of Information and Communication Technologies and Communication.

The cadets kissed the flag, which is the sacred symbol of our country, determined to fulfill their duty honestly in front of the pure souls of the great ancestors, before the Motherland, showing their conscience, honor to be loyal to the Republic of Uzbekistan, its people and the President for a lifetime, even in all  the hard trials and  difficulties  solemnly took an oath in the presence of their relatives and the general public to justify the high trust of their country.
