The awarding ceremony “Give a woman facility” social video competition of the leaders of primary social organizations on women issue of the State Committee for Family and Women was held in the palace of culture of the joint-stock company “O’zbekiston temir yo’llari” (“Uzbekistan Railways”).
This competition, which embodies the main idea of ”In New Uzbekistan- the dignity of a person, the interests of people are the highest value” was organized in order to help women and their families in need of social protection .
Women working in a number of ministries, departments and organizations took part in the ceremony. The Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee of Family and Women Zulayho Mahkamova, who spoke at the meeting, proudly mentioned the role of women in the family and their dedication to raising children. It was emphasized that the women participating in the event are an example for everyone as such active members of our society.
Finally, a highly anticipated awards ceremony began. First, the best video clips which had been submitted to the competition in various categories were shown. After that, the main winning positions were announced. According to them, the 3rd place was taken by “Hududgaz” joint-stock company. “Uzkimyosanoat” joint-stock company gained the 2nd place, the State Tax Committee acquired the 1st place. The main prize of the competition – the Grand Prix – was gained by the Ministry of Defense. The winners were awarded with a special diploma and expensive gifts.
