“ArMI-2022”: Our teams started training in Russia, Belarus, Mongolia and Algeria

The International Army Games, a real test of strength and skill, is about to begin. Of course, all participating national teams have been seriously preparing for this prestigious competition throughout the year.

In particular, our teams consisting of military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan were also prepared by qualified specialists for worthy participation in this year’s “ArMI-2022” competitions. Our soldiers firmly aim to  record higher results than last year’s achievements and raise the country’s flag high in the international arena. Nowadays our teams participating in the directions are reaching and settling in the regions where the competition will be held one after another.

The “Elbrus Ring” competition of the International Army Games will be held this year in Terskol, Republic of Kobardino-Balkaria of the Russian Federation. The competition of this direction, which tests the skills of military personnel in mountain training, is distinguished by its complexities. Making the right decisions in dangerous and extreme situations, strength of will, strong endurance and self-confidence are of great importance in the competition. Currently, our team is conducting preliminary training in the area where the competition will be held. For information, it should be mentioned that Uzbek military personnel gained the second place after the host country in the “Elbrus Ring” competition last year.

Our team, which will participate in the “Equestrian Marathon” direction also reached Ulanbaatar, Mongolia, where the competition will take place. Our guys are now once again familiarizing themselves with the training points where the competition will be held and conducting preparatory trainings. In the 2021 competition, our military took proud 2nd place.

Our representatives who have arrived to participate in the “Reliable Acceptance” competition in the Republic of Belarus have also started preliminary preparations. They are currently working on a forest mission sequence.

Our young men, who defend the honor of our country in the direction of the “Airborne unit”, have arrived in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. They are also familiarizing themselves with the training points where the competition will be held and conducting preparatory trainings.

 The rest of our teams are also reaching the regions where the competitions will be held according to the plan.
