The final stage of “The leader of the most advanced primary organization” and “Room of the best primary organization leader” contests in the troops of the Ministry of Defense was held in the large meeting hall of the “Victory Garden” memorial complex . A total of 14 leaders of primary organizations participated in two directions from 5 military districts and 2 headquarters in the regions. The competition was intense and uncompromising.
According to the conclusion of the members of the jury, who watched the performances transparently and carefully, the representative of the Air Defense Forces and the Air Force Command gained the first place in “The Leader of the most advanced primary organization” category. The room of the leader of the primary organization, which is located in one of the military units belonging to the Central Military District, decorated with the latest equipment, claimed the absolute victory.
-“We gained the first place in the category “The best room of the leader of the primary organization” of the contest – says Captain Sherzod Reyimov. – In fact, the contribution of the management is at the root of this. The creation of such opportunities by supporting young people creates the ground for us to work on more new ideas. Together with the leaders of the department, we have started continuous practical work with young people who are members of the organization. In addition, we have started the good work of guiding the children of military servicemen and young people with difficult behavior in the neighboring districts to the right path. We have many plans ahead. We do all this together with our team. The happiness and joy of living in a country that supports you and doing everything you can for its development is a pleasure. There is probably no greater recognition than the attention of those responsible for your little action.
-According to the order of the Minister of Defense, the competition “The leader of the most advanced primary organization” and “The room of the leader of the best primary organization” was held between military units, military garrisons and districts – said Lt. Col. Sardor Abdusamatov. – Leaders of the best primary organizations participated in today’s ministry-wide competition. The main purpose of holding this competition is to increase the intellectual capacity of the leaders of the primary organization of the youth organizations in the military units, to inform each other about the news being implemented in the field, and to increase their experience. To some extent, we have achieved our goal. As a member of the jury, I will not hide the fact that there were a lot of disputes in determining the winners. It is evident, the leaders selected from the lower stages have reached the last stage. It was not easy to sort out among them. However, everything was transparent and the jury made a fair decision.
At the end of the competition, the head of the Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Mehriddin Kuchkarov, awarded diplomas and valuable gifts to the winners and prize-winners.
