“The most advanced head of culture center”, “The best library” and “The best librarian” competitions were held aimed at further increasing the work efficiency of heads of culture centers in military units and institutions, raising the work of libraries to a new level, introducing innovative technologies of propaganda and identifying the most perfect among them.
In the competitions members of the referee that consisted of representatives of Surkhondarya regional branch of the Republican Center for spirituality and enlightenment, Union of writers, regional library named after Sabir Termizy, and representatives of Termiz city “Promoters of enlightenment” fairly assessed the process.
Heads of the culture center and libraries of all military units and institutions located in Surkhandarya garrison under the South-Western special military district took an active part in the competitions.
In each condition, the participants’ knowledge and professional skills and work performance were tested.
At the end of the competition, the specialists of Termiz garrison reached the absolute victory. Winners and prize-winners of the competition were worthy awarded by the command.
