In one of the military units of Namangan garrison under the Eastern military district regional stage of the “Vatanparvarlar” (Patriots) military-sport competition was held under the slogan “Men g‘olib” (I’m a winner) among the “Vatan tayanchi” (Support Motherland) detachment which was consisted of 10-11-class pupils of secondary schools for the cup of the minister of defense.

Participants of the competition competed in different tasks, such as military relay, to give first medical aid, sniping skills, line songs and reader of the “Temur tuzuklari” (Temur’s rules).
12 teams which have won in town stages participated in the regional stage of the competition and juries have assessed them openly.
According to the final results, “Burgut” team of Namangan took III place, “Qalqonlar” team of Chust town reached II place, and “Burgutlar” team became completely winner of the competition and reached I place. Winners and prize winners were awarded with the diploma and valuable gifts by the deputy commander, Defense affairs department, Youth affairs agency, and “Vatanparvar” organization.
