At the Kattakurgan city drama theatre 29th anneversary of the Kattakurgan artillery military unit was celebrated.
Central military district command, Samarkand military Office of public prosecutor, city authority, military personnel of the military unit and veterans of field attended in it.
Those who made speech at the event congratulated participants of event with January 14 – Defenders of Motherland Day and 29th anniversary of military unit, and particular mentioned that role of brave guardians of the military unit with their stable and unconquerable facilities are important in Ministry of defense.
After that a group of military personnel were awarded with diplomas, letter of thanks and commemorative orders.
In addition, military personnel who became a model for everybody overall and gained more achievements thank other companions in events which were held among the military personnel and their family members were awarded with nominations such as “The best military family”, “The best military sport family”, “The best business family”.
Military-patriotic tune and songs, battle shows which were performed by the military orchestra shared festive spirit to the event.
