The meeting of The Ministers of defense of the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization started in Tashkent today.
The member states of the SCO – Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, and Republic of Belarus as the observer are participating in this event.
Before the meeting, heads of the military departments of India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as Belarus, which is an observer state in the SCO, laid a wreath at the “Anthem of Courage” monument in the “Galaba” (“Victory”) park in Tashkent.
