Military-patriotic songs competition named “Mardlar qo’riqlaydi Vatanni” (Brave people protects Motherland) at the Armed Forces academy.
At the competition Ministry of defense, Ministry of emergency situations, State security service, Ministry of internal affairs, National guard, State custom-house committee and from other organizations more than 35 professional creators who are creating in military-patriotic direction, devotee creative teams, ensembles, soloists, military personnel showed their skills in directions such as “Saf qo’shiqlari” (Rank songs), “Estrada qo’shiqlari” (Variety songs) and “Lirik qo’shiqlar” (Lirical songs).
At this competition which dedicated to the 31-year anniversary of Armed Forces of Uzbekistan and Day of defenders of Motherland participants’ performances were assigned transparent by the specialists of the Union of compositors of Uzbekistan, “Uzbekconcert” state organization, Union of writers, Central council of Youth affaires agency, Defense assistance of Uzbekistan “Vatanparvar” organization.
As the final results, in nomination “Saf qo’shiqlari” (Rank songs) “Impuls” military ensemble of the Special accident-restore department of Ministry of defense took 1st place. In nomination “Estrada qo’shiqlari” (Variety songs) chorus team of the Armed forces song and dance ensemble, “Mardlar qo’riqlaydi Vatannni” (Brave people protect Motherland) and “Lirik qo’shiqlar” (Lirical songs) singer of the academy of the Ministry of emergency situations junior sergeant Solihxo’ja Jiyanov with their songs “Jigitter” achieved 1st place. Winners of competition awarded with diplomas and commemorative gifts.
