In order to improve the management skills and professional qualifications of the officers in the leadership position of the Ministry of Defense, the next training course was completed at the State Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For several days, theoretical and practical trainings were conducted by qualified and highly experienced professors at the Faculty of Retraining and Advanced Training of Management Personnel.
The participants of the course will put into practice the knowledge and skills they have acquired here in the military units and institutions where they serve, and during the training they will be able to communicate fluently, make independent decisions with a deep analysis of today’s military and political processes.
At the end of the training course, the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor Adham Bekmurodov, talked with the leading officers, listened to and discussed suggestions given by them for further improvement of the training courses, and wished success in their future service. In addition, he expressed confidence that they will skillfully use the knowledge gained in this place during their service.
The training courses of the leading officers, who came from different regions of our republic with the aim of increasing their educational potential have been completed with the process of obtaining certificates of advanced training obtained with the help of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
